Maintains the availability of mission-critical network systems, leads emergency response initiatives for I:COA’s network, and oversees the implementation and management of recovery periods.
Responsible for managing and deploying zero-latency cloud solutions across I:COA's platforms, including SQL services, Docker containers, RAS websites, and additional backend systems. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of all backend infrastructures to support seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.
Under the supervision of RM Enterprise Solutions, LLC, I manage the compliance and legal affairs of I:COA; specifically "The Hub". My responsibilities include vetting, handling, processing, and submitting legal claims, police reports, and other compliance-related matters.
